Can I bring my partner or a friend who isn’t attending the activities?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring someone, and we’ll help you book together.

Do we get to pick our roommates?

Yes. You and your roommate should each choose the “Shared room” option, then email info@powerpilates.com with both names so we can assign you together. No roommate? We’ll match you with one.

What is included in the retreat booking fee?

Resort accommodations, daily meals, beachfront Pilates classes, and workshops. Final inclusions are confirmed when registration opens. Any excursions are optional and paid separately.

Where is the retreat located?

Across the Southern Thai Islands. The specific resort and island are announced soon · join the interest list to hear first.

Is the retreat for Power Pilates certified folks only?

Nope. All are welcome.

Can a partner, friend, or child share my private room?

Yes, for an additional all-inclusive fee. Reach out and we’ll invoice you the correct balance.

Is this event family-friendly?

The retreat is open to families. Accommodations and pricing for children are confirmed once we finalize the resort. Email info@powerpilates.com to bring family.

Do we get CECs for retreat events?

Yes, certified attendees receive 5 continuing education credits toward their certification renewal.

Do I have to attend all retreat activities?

Nope. Attend as much or as little as you wish.

How do we get to the resort from the airport?

Transportation guidance is shared once we finalize the resort and island, along with the registration package. Questions in the meantime? Contact info@powerpilates.com.

Which airport should we fly into?

We’ll confirm recommended airports once the location is finalized. Bangkok (BKK) will likely be the international entry point, with a connecting flight to the island.

Can I cancel my booking?

If your plans change, you can cancel anytime by emailing info@powerpilates.com. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
