Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my husband/partner/friend along if they don't want to attend the retreat activities?
Yes. You are welcome to bring someone to the retreat and we will help you book with your partner.

Do we get to pick our roommates?
Yes. Be sure you and your roommate book the "shared" room option and then shoot an email to info@powerpilates.com with you and your roommate's names so we can assign you both together. If you don't have a roommate don't worry, we'll match you with one.

What is included in the retreat booking fee?
Resort accommodations, daily meals, beachfront Pilates classes and workshops. Final inclusions will be confirmed when registration opens. Any excursions are optional and will be paid separately.

Where is the retreat located?
The retreat will take place across the Southern Thai Islands. The specific resort and island will be announced soon — join the interest list above to be notified first.

Is the retreat for Power Pilates certified folks only?
Nope. All are welcome.

Can my husband/partner/friend/child share my private room?
Yes, however they will be charged an additional all-inclusive fee. Reach out to us and we will invoice you the correct balance.

Is this event family-friendly?
The retreat is open to families. Specific accommodations and pricing for children will be confirmed once we finalize the resort. Reach out to info@powerpilates.com if you'd like to bring family.

Do we get CEC's for retreat events?
Yes, certified attendees will receive 5 continuing education credits towards their certification renewal.

Do I have to attend all retreat activities?
Nope. You can attend as much or as little of the retreat activities as you wish.

How do we get to the resort from the airport?
Transportation details will be shared once we finalize the resort and island. We'll provide recommended airports and ground transportation guidance with the registration package. If you have questions in the meantime, contact info@powerpilates.com

Which airport should we fly into?
We'll confirm recommended airports once the location is finalized. Bangkok (BKK) will likely be the international entry point, with a connecting flight to the island. Details to follow.

Can I cancel my booking?
If your plans change, you can cancel your booking anytime by emailing info@powerpilates.com. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
