What you’ll need
Gather these before you start so you can complete the form in one sitting:
- A copy of your certificate (your highest level, or the level you’re bridging into). If you’re still enrolled in a program, use your proof of current enrollment instead.
- Graduates only: a current certificate dated within the last 10 years, or proof of teaching within the last 2 years.
- Your CV and a teaching log or proof of teaching, where applicable.
- Payment for the $25 application fee (plus the $100 audition fee if you’re auditioning for Comprehensive).
For Mat, Reformer, and the non-audition Comprehensive tiers, your certification does not have to be Classical. A certificate from any recognized Pilates training program qualifies, with a minimum of 15 hours per level for Mat. See the Bridge overview for the full breakdown by track.
