Start your Bridge application

The same application covers all three tracks. Tell us which track you’re applying for, share the training you already hold, and our education team will confirm your eligibility and your Bridge rate. Comprehensive applicants can also opt into an audition here.

What you’ll need

Gather these before you start so you can complete the form in one sitting:

  • A copy of your certificate (your highest level, or the level you’re bridging into). If you’re still enrolled in a program, use your proof of current enrollment instead.
  • A current certificate: dated within the last 10 years, or proof of teaching within the last 2 years.
  • Your CV and a teaching log or proof of teaching, where applicable.
  • A reference we can verify, from a studio or a teaching professional.
  • Payment for the $25 application fee (plus the $100 audition fee if you’re auditioning for Comprehensive).

For Mat, Reformer, and the non-audition Comprehensive tiers, your certification does not have to be Classical. A certificate from any recognized Pilates training program qualifies, with a minimum of 15 hours per level for Mat. See the Bridge overview for the full breakdown by track.
