Proto Pilates is a boutique, classical Pilates studio located in historic Medford, New Jersey. We house the full spectrum of classical Pilates apparatus. We offer private one-on-one sessions, duets, and small group classes catered to an individual’s specific needs, for a truly unique and transformational experience. Corinna Tyris is the owner and founder of Proto Pilates studio. Completing her comprehensive certification through Power Pilates in 2013, Corinna has over a decade of experience transforming bodies and enriching her clients’ health and vitality through classical Pilates.
