A dancer of over 29 years, dancing professionally, and receiving her BA in Dance from Cal State University, Fullerton, Richelle is an expert in the body in motion and devoted to empowering others. She is Power Pilates Mat & Comprehensive Certified and a 4th generation Pilates Instructor residing in Summerlin, Nevada. Richelle works with all bodies, levels, and specializes in Pilates for athletes. She recently celebrated 25 years of practicing Pilates and has been teaching in the Pilates Studio at Life Time Summerlin for the past 2.5 years. Her resume includes olympic athletes, and professional athletes from all sports. For years she taught Pilates Mat weekly to hundreds of youth athletes. Open level mats and multitasking while still providing clients their individual needs are her jam! Richelle is passionate about injury prevention and wellness, she believes every single person deserves the right to live a healthy life, including physical fitness, positive alignment, and a more joyful expression. She has been practicing Pilates religiously since it was introduced to her at the age of 13 and is excited to provide you with the tools and knowledge she's picked up along the way to help you live a successful, empowered, and healthy life!
