Francesca Gorgone is a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and the owner of PowerCore Pilates, a boutique studio in Vienna, Virginia specializing in Classical Pilates, personal training, and strength work.

Francesca has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and bridged to Power Pilates in 2010, where she studied under master teachers Bob Liekens and Susan Moran. Rooted in the classical Pilates method, Francesca is passionate about preserving the integrity of the work while helping clients and teachers understand the connection between alignment, form, breath, and the powerhouse.

In 2022, Francesca became a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer and has spent the past four years helping certify and mentor the next generation of Pilates teachers. She also teaches Pilates at The Madeira School and continues to work with clients of all levels through individualized sessions designed to build strength, confidence, and body awareness.

What Francesca loves most about teaching is seeing clients and apprentices become empowered through the Pilates method. Outside the studio, she enjoys working out, walking, spending time with her two sons, and continuing her own lifelong study of movement.
