Mimi AJ Lyou has had a long and distinguished career in Pilates, with over 20 years of experience as an instructor and educator. She received Master Teacher Trainer status with Power Pilates in 2019, which is the highest level of certification and prestige in the industry. Mimi has completed numerous advanced trainings and professional workshops, including the Romana Pilates Instructor Training. She subsequently trained for several years under the mentorship of Bob Liekens at Power Pilates. She is the owner and director of Power Pilates Korea and continues to teach Pilates education programs in Seoul and internationally.
