Yoga-certified instructor (active and gentle styles), government-certified therapist for Qigong energy healing and a student of Medicine from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Pilates-certified instructor for Core Mat Beginner & Intermediate, and Reformer Beginners in the classical style. Also certified with knowledge for Scoliosis Pilates on Mat & Reformer (Fonv Pilates Association Malaysia), Neuro Pre & Postnatal Pilates Specialist (Power Pilates and H7 Pilates & Academy Malaysia).
