Acerca de Ericka

Pilates found me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. After losing my brother, Bo, in 2018, it became a place where I could inhale, exhale, move, and simply be. Every time I wiped down my mat, looked at myself in the mirror, and walked out of class, I felt a little more ready to face another day.

Since moving back from LA, I’ve realized just how important movement is. I want to age with ease, strength, and grace, and turning 40 inspired me to deepen my practice and step into something new.

Becoming certified has challenged me mentally, physically, personally, and spiritually. I’m learning to surrender, unravel, rebuild, and become and I hope to help others do the same.

My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome to come as they are, move through whatever they’re carrying, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and a little more connected to themselves.
