Acerca de Aubrey

Aubrey Kupstas has been passionate about movement her entire life. A graduate of Muhlenberg College with dual degrees in Dance and Theatre, she has spent the past fourteen years teaching movement across New York City.

She holds certifications in Comprehensive Classical Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis®, multiple Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment programs, and 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga.

Aubrey is known for making Pilates accessible to all—adapting exercises with precision and clarity for every body. Her experience spans older adults seeking mobility, clients with MS, pre- and postnatal clients, and advanced practitioners. Her sessions are challenging, detailed, and energizing, helping clients move with confidence and joy.

Outside the studio, Aubrey enjoys cooking, snorkeling, and learning to surf.
