Cheryl Stone, is Power Pilates Certified and has trained in Pilates for over 20 years. Her favorite quote from Joseph Pilates is, “Everyone is the Architect of their own happiness”. This resonates with Cheryl in many ways. Pilates is whole-body health, including breath, spine stabilization, improved strength, flexibility, cognitive abilities, and enhanced mood. She styles her Pilates program “Pilates Body Architecture” because Pilates meets you wherever you may be on your fitness journey and builds from there.
