Gail Bannister-Munn

Gail Bannister-Munn is the Flexibility, Core and Pilates coach with the New York Jets football team, and Pro Hoops Basketball program. She is the Group Fitness Manager with UFC Gym and runs her own Bannister Method Studio out of Long Island, New York. Gail presents The Bannister Method™ at national conferences and is a Fitness Consultant for professional athletes. Gail holds numerous certifications in several disciplines, including NASM, ECIT, YogaFit, AFAA, STOTT PILATES® Mat 1 & 2, PowerHouse Mat Pilates I & II, Vbarre and is an AFAA Continuing Education Provider.
