Alana grew up with a strong foundation in movement and discipline through competitive gymnastics, where she excelled from a young age. She later pursued academics with the same focus and earned a master’s degree in accounting.
After years in a numbers-driven field, Alana rediscovered her passion for mindful movement through Pilates. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved—within a year, she became a certified Mat Pilates instructor. Now, she loves helping others build strength, balance, and body awareness, combining precision from her athletic roots with a thoughtful, grounded teaching style.
