Dara Kaufman has always had a passion for fitness. Her Pilates journey started back in 2017 when she tried her first Mat Pilates class. She immediately fell in love with this workout and took classes multiple times during the week.

Dara believes that Pilates has a way of synergizing the mind, body, and spirit to work together in harmony. Pilates is about the positive energy one leaves with after class. Each Pilates class she took left her feeling stronger and happier. As a 600-hour Comprehensive Certified and Core Mat III certified instructor, she is ready to teach students who are ready to start their Pilates journey too.
