	Art of Touch and Spotting w/ Alexis Dugdale This workshop will be taught in two parts. First, we will take a look at the classical exercises and we will practice touch which is "hands on"; how energy is transferred when touching someone, and why present time consciousness is key. Second, we will explore spotting which is "eyes on", where and how to place yourself in the room and in relation to the client when utilizing touch. Then, we will put it all together and discover how oppositional touch, coupled with appropriate placement in the room, will deepen your skills as a teacher. Prerequisites: Mat and/or apparatus teaching experience.

	Creative Props for Virtual Mat Classes w/ Anmarie Touloumis Keep your virtual mat classes interesting with props that your clients already have in their homes. Grab your small hand towel, wall, and dining chair as we explore ways to spice up your virtual mat classes! Learn how to better build a fun and flowing session for your private or group class while utilizing the classical method in a creative manner. Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients.

Student Cancellations and Transfers: We understand that sometimes plans change. Refunds are not available for any Power Pilates programs. However, you can transfer to another program or hold a credit on file to use in the future if you are unable to attend your registered program and notify us before the first day of classes. An additional $150 change fee applies to all program changes, transfers, and cancellations, due when the new program is chosen.

Postponements by Power Pilates: Power Pilates reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any program or course at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, riots, fire, flood, snowstorm, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, financial limitations, strikes, lockouts, sickness, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding Power Pilates from performing its respective obligations. Refunds are not available for any Power Pilates programs. Students will be notified and have the option of attending the alternate date, holding a credit on file, or enrolling in the same level of the Online Academy.
