Originally from Mexico City, with roots in Texas, I'm a bilingual pilates instructor specializing in deep mindful movement. I always enjoyed being active but until I found Pilates my body and mind shifted. Through practice, I learned the symbiotic relationship between breath and body and became fascinated with the Classical Pilates method.
