	Advanced Tower System w/ Frankie Clancy Let's hang like a Monkey. Let's build Towers. Let's drive like mad truckers! Come to this workshop and devise a Tower class/session using Intermediate and Advanced material that is both traditional and fun! You will not only review/learn the exercises but also apply cues to deepen the movement, as well as learn/review the specific teaching format best suited for this class. Prerequisites: Intermediate Tower System.
April 5, 2025 Saturday 2:00pm-4:00pm
	Jumpboard w/ Frankie Clancy More than the ordinary challenge! In this workshop you will learn or review the Jumpboard exercises suited for advanced clientele. The Jumpboard offers an element of cardio with another challenge for the Powerhouse. Come prepared to move, sweat and have fun! Prerequisites: Open to all Intermediate instructors and clients with Reformer experience.

	Mat with Props w/ Frankie Clancy This workshop will incorporate the use of Magic Circle, weights and therabands for an Open level mat class. A lot of material will be covered so come prepared to experience the increased challenge to the Powerhouse when adding a prop distally. A brief review of exercises will be covered but the main focus will be on how to incorporate props into an open level mat class while maintaining a safe yet effective class. Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients.

	Arm/Baby Chair Basics w/ Frankie Clancy The Baby Chair, also known as the Arm Chair can pack a powerful punch. Don't let the name deceive you! In this workshop you'll learn some of the basic exercises of this underused and less familiar apparatus. This workshop will have you feeling your secondary powerhouse and opposition in no time! Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients.

Student Cancellations and Transfers: We understand that sometimes plans change. Refunds are not available for any Power Pilates programs. However, you can transfer to another program or hold a credit on file to use in the future if you are unable to attend your registered program and notify us before the first day of classes. An additional $150 change fee applies to all program changes, transfers, and cancellations, due when the new program is chosen.

Postponements by Power Pilates: Power Pilates reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any program or course at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, riots, fire, flood, snowstorm, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, financial limitations, strikes, lockouts, sickness, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding Power Pilates from performing its respective obligations. Refunds are not available for any Power Pilates programs. Students will be notified and have the option of attending the alternate date, holding a credit on file, or enrolling in the same level of the Online Academy.
