The Reformer I program is the first level of Power Pilates reformer training. Each subsequent reformer program builds upon the information learned during this course. During this weekend you will learn to teach beginner level reformer exercises, include the mat exercises learned from Core Mat 1 on the reformer, and utilize Power Pilates teaching tools, philosophy, and teaching formula. Reformer I is required to progress to Reformer II. Students may also choose to enroll in the Full Comprehensive program at a discounted tuition upon completion of this program.

YOUR TEACHER TRAINER
Sara Vincent
Sara Vincent has danced since she could walk. She received a B.A. in Dance and Minor in Kinesiology from Cal State University Fullerton in 2011. Chronic pain started holding her back from dancing which led her to her first classical pilates session where she was immediately hooked. She wanted to share this secret with anyone she could, as everyone deserves to reap the benefits that Pilates has to offer. Luckily, she was able to find a Power Pilates training site near her where she completed Core Mat I & II (2013) and Comprehensive (2014).
She is very excited to deepen her training with Power Pilates as a Teacher Trainer this year. Sara truly loves to teach all ages and help people understand their bodies in new ways; the idea of being able to share her love of pilates with the next generation of instructors just seems too good to be true! Sara is based in Bay Area, Northern California and teaches virtually. She lives daily by these words from Joseph Pilates, "Movement Heals"; whether she can be out on a walk in nature, in dance class, or in the Pilates Studio, you'll find a smile on her face.
