Q: Is this a cardio workout?

A: No. Although you will often work up a sweat, Pilates is not a cardio workout. We recommend supplementing your Pilates sessions with some sort of cardio (walking, jogging, swimming, etc.) to achieve a higher level of fitness in your everyday life.
