Diane is a classically trained Pilates coach and professional dancer, actor, singer, and choreographer. Diane’s approach is comprehensive and holistic, knowing firsthand that change happens from the inside out. Expect encouraging guidance, individual attention, and specific challenge for wherever you’re at today. Diane was introduced to Pilates as cross-training for dance, and fell in love with the internal adjustments and control it asked of her. She quickly experienced a shift in her dancing and in her daily life.
