Bethanie Buckingham

Bethanie Buckingham is a Master Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates. She is the Regional Director for education in the Chicagoland area. Beth found Pilates in search of rehabilitating injuries from Pregnancy and years of running/gymnastics. After many years in the corporate world, Beth decided to pursue Pilates as her sole career. She worked at the first Pilates studio in Chicago, FFC and in home teaching before opening her own studio in 2007 in Elmhurst, IL. A close suburb to Chicago. Her Teacher Trainer journey with Power Pilates in 2010 and she now is a Master Teacher Trainer for them. Continuing education is a priority for Beth. She has completed numerous advanced Pilates educational training with world renowned instructors such as Dana Santi, Bob Liekens, Chris Robinson. Beth is also among an elite group of instructors world-wide whom completed Kathi Ross-Nash Red Thread PPATT. Bethanie is beyond dedicated to Pilates and the hopes Joseph Pilates had of sharing his method with the world. She holds a Pilates Comprehensive Certification through the National Pilates Certification, accredited by NCCA, and has sat as a member of the APU board. Beth also is the Co-Chair of the Curriculum Committee for Power Pilates.
