Tiffany, A.K.A. "Mom on a Mission" to create a healthier lifestyle for
families, her community and the world! She has been instructing group fitness classes and training clientsfor 25+ years. From individualized training, to group fitness classes (adult
& child), collegiate teams, professional athletes, to training and leading
other instructors and trainers, she's taught/coordinated and advised on
health and fitness for over two decades. Her passion for health and fitness
began as a competitive dancer and evolved into a life-long adventure! She
holds numerous certifications in a variety of formats including: Spin, Barre,
Power Yoga, PowerPilates, Aqua, Group Exercise, Step, Kickboxing,
Pre/Postnatal, Children's Fitness, Zumba, Resist-A-Ball, Ramp, and more.
As you can see, Tiffany enjoys variety in her workouts as well as the
classes she instructs. Because exercise can create some degree of
muscular tension, soreness/tightness, and oxidative stress,
Tiffany has
developed a huge passion for low-impact exercise (i.e.,Pilates, Yoga,
Barre). She enjoys helping others release stress and tension through
guided poses, movement, breathing, meditation, and relaxation. She also
loves the therapeutic, postural, and strength benefits of Pilates, Barre and
Yoga. Tiffany has found low impact exercise to be wonderful for the aging
body (core, seat, thighs, back, etc.). It's transformational, it's safe, it's
addictive, plus it WORKS!!!!
Tiffany suggests to her clients: "Do any type of movement or
exercise you ENJOY (because you're more likely to create a consistent
habit)!" Enjoyment & consistency are the keys to lifelong fitness and
health! As she lectures children of all ages on nutrition and exercise, she
often states: "If we don't take care of our bodies, where else are we going
to live?"
