Reima has been passionate about movement since she was young, having grown up dancing in styles ranging from contemporary to jazz. She spent countless hours following along with kids’ fitness videos on DVD in her living room, fostering an early love for fitness. However, it wasn’t until her first classical Pilates session that she truly experienced a transformation in how her body moved and felt. Hooked from the start, she knew she wanted to help others discover the life-changing benefits of Pilates. Reima became certified in classical Pilates to share this transformative experience with others, teaching a wide range of clients, from children to seniors, as well as those recovering from injuries. Her teaching style focuses on personalized instruction that emphasizes proper form, safety, and gradually building strength through progressive movements. She offers modifications for all levels, ensuring that everyone, regardless of experience, can connect with their bodies and unlock the full potential of Pilates.
