Amy Hirsch is excited to be a part of Live through PowerPilates. She lives on Long Island with her family and owns Precision Pilates. She loves Pilates, the system which helps people reconnect to their mind and body. Helping clients move better, decrease their pain and de-stress is her passion. Amy is an Exercise Physiologist, and holds certifications from Power Pilates, ACSM, Precision Nutrition, TRX, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and numerous other agencies. Amy specializes in working with women over 40.
