About Stephanie

I'm a certified Biodynamic farmer. I also have job training about NOFA-NY (Northeast Organic Farming Association, New York branch) rules and guidelines for farming, I worked at a NOFA-NY Certified Organic farm for 5yrs. I'm a Homesteader too. I have 7chickens, 1 Pekin duck. I am also very sustainable and try to maintain that type of lifestyle with food choices and clothing choices. And most importantly, I've been a caregiver to my parents since 2011. My father passed away in May 2021 at age 89 from Parkinson's and Dementia. He was a Korean War Veteran. My mom just turned 91 January 2026. I live with my mom in the house I grew up in, I take care of her now. I have a bunch of fitness jobs at some local gyms and teach pilates classes at some of them. I wish I was teaching pilates fully more but it is what it is, and I'll take what I can get :-)
