A group class tailored to provide a challenging workout focused on core musculature and increased flexibility in an inspiring and fun group setting. Rather than springs and straps for resistance - you will use your body weight for resistance. You'll feel the energy propel you toward a great workout in this class.
Single sessions and packages of 5 expire in 1 month. Packages of 10 expire in 3 months. Packages of 20 expire in 6 months from date of purchase.
