Emily Fennell

Emily was introduced to Pilates over 10 years ago to enhance her ballet training. After multiple injuries, Emily rehabilitated her body with the Pilates method. She studied the Pilates, physical-conditioning for athletes, as well as anatomy and kinesiology while dancing at the Harid Conservatory, the Royal Danish Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet Academy, Grand Ballet Vancouver, and Cleveland Ballet before receiving her 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification from Power Pilates in NYC. Emily thinks of a Pilates session like a kitchen; sometimes, we have to be messy to make something delicious. While teaching, Emily aims to emphasizes precision and proper alignment while working with a wide-range of clients.
