	Mat with Props w/ Bethanie Buckingham This workshop will incorporate the use of Magic Circle, weights and therabands for an Open level mat class. A lot of material will be covered so come prepared to experience the increased challenge to the Powerhouse when adding a prop distally. A brief review of exercises will be covered but the main focus will be on how to incorporate props into an open level mat class while maintaining a safe yet effective class. Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients.

	Why the Order w/ Bethanie Buckingham Joseph Pilates didn't just throw a bunch of exercises together in a row. He placed them in specific order. For a reason. This workshop reviews how each exercise builds off the next. The workshop touches on each exercise in the advanced mat looking at the exercises prior that helped get you there, and what it's preparing you for moving forward. We touch on both muscle recruitment and planes of movement. Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients.
