	Mat with Weights (Hand and Ankle) w/ Frankie Clancy Add variety to your Mat class by utilizing hand and ankle weights. Learn how to use these props to assist, enhance and challenge movement within each Mat exercise. Come prepared to be challenged and get ripped! Prerequisites: Instructors and clients with intermediate mat experience.
