The focus of the exercises will be the Set-Up and Action-only for all exercises. Staying "horizontal" with the exercises (Set-up and Action-only) will ensure proper movement safely and effectively.

We'll explore the importance of the Beginner System and of understanding the primary powerhouse first, then how to adapt these concepts when special cases present themselves. We will focus on lower back issues.

In this workshop you will learn the importance of listening to what their bodies are telling you versus what their mouths are saying. Of course it is important to hear their words at times, but what's crucial is to see beyond the words and into their bodies. Actions speak louder than their words. This workshop will also help shed light on how the "Individual Needs" portion of a session can become the focus of an entire lesson.
