The Virtual Reformer I program is the first level of Power Pilates reformer training. Attendees will receive a private video conferencing link that will allow access to the New York City in-person Reformer I training program. Attendees will have the ability to chat and interact with the Teacher Trainer and fellow students.

During this weekend you will learn to teach beginner level reformer exercises, including the mat exercises learned from Core Mat 1 on the reformer, and utilize Power Pilates teaching tools, philosophy, and teaching formula. Reformer I is required to progress to Reformer II. Students may also choose to enroll in the Full Comprehensive program at a discounted tuition upon completion of this program.

Virtual Reformer I attendees must have access to a reformer for this course. Reformers are available in classical and contemporary designs. Our curriculum requires your reformer to have a foot bar, moveable carriage, shoulder pads along with the box and pole accessories.

Daniel Gaouette
Daniel began his Pilates journey as a student in 2012. He was instantly attracted to the mindbody connection demanded by the practice and the increased awareness he felt in his body. Daniel was later mat certified at the Kane School of Core Integration at Kinected and completed his original 600 hour Comprehensive Certification at Core Pilates NYC. After discovering Power Pilates Studio NYC he was impressed by the quality of instruction demonstrated across the board by every teacher on staff. Daniel was thrilled to bridge into the Power Pilates Method and found that by utilizing the Classical, Systematic, and Integrative approach his teaching was vastly improved and his clients could feel the difference! As a Teacher Trainer Daniel is thrilled to have the opportunity to inspire future Pilates teachers with his passion for Classical Pilates in tandem with the Power Pilates Method.
