Come join us at our flagship studio for an in-depth intimate learning experience on the Reformer. Instructors will learn how best to format a Reformer class from a Classical point of view. There are variety of sequences that an instructor could teach while following a mindful progressive order. You will discover what exercises to best select for clients in various levels in a group dynamic. This workshop is open to all Pilates instructors.
