Pilates is a workout that emphasizes, through complete concentration on the body, the quality of movement, coordination and breathing. Much more than a set of exercises and positions to be performed in simple succession, the Pilates Method - through breathing, rhythm and transitions - connects them in a flow. Together, all these elements give life to the "melody" of the whole workout, a flow capable of interacting with one's own energy, of putting us in communication with ourselves. During the Workshop you will learn how to make this "Flow" possible on one of the great tools most loved by Joseph Pilates and allow students, through the grace and continuity of the movement, to reach a deeper communication with themselves.

This is a study of basic anatomical language, which contains an introduction to planes of movement and major concepts of the skeletal and muscular systems. The course includes an outline, literature and hands on experience.
