The Core Mat I program is the foundation of the Power Pilates method. Each subsequent program builds upon the information learned during this course. During this weekend you will learn to teach the 18 beginner level mat exercises and be introduced to Power Pilates teaching tools, philosophy, and teaching formula. Every student new to Power Pilates must start with Core Mat I. Core Mat I & II are required to progress to the Comprehensive program.

YOUR TEACHER TRAINER
Nathalie has always practiced different sports and fell in love with artistic gymnastic when she was young. Her passion for gymnastic led her to study Exercise Science and got her Master Degree in Advanced First Professional in Sport Organization and Management in 2005. During her studies she learned about Pilates and once graduated she decided to take up Pilates lesson to find some relief to her back pain. Realizing that Pilates is a discipline for the body, mind and soul she became a Pilates teacher in 2009 after completing her studies with Karine Cid in Verona, Italy. Since 2009, she has been part of the Power Pilates Studio Verona and has taken a number of different workshop to gain more experience and continue her studies on Pilates philosophy and technique. In 2014, she became a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates to continue spreading the classical Pilates discipline in Italy.

Cancellations: If you withdraw from any program(s) you will automatically lose $100.00 processing fee. No refunds are issued for any reason. Students who choose to transfer programs or not to complete the training are still responsible for full payment of the course.
Rain Date: February 1-3, 2019
The Alternate/Rain date is the date the program will begin in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, riots, fire, flood, snowstorm, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, financial limitations, strikes, lockouts, sickness, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding Power Pilates from performing its respective obligations.
