The 12 Day Intensive is ideal for teachers who have a solid basic training in Pilates and are familiar with most of the Pilates apparatus.
This comprehensive program covers beginner, intermediate and advanced level exercises utilizing the Pilates apparatus - Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Ped-o-Pull and Magic Circle. You will continue to utilize and build the teaching tools learned during the Core Mat I weekend. The information that is not included in these weekends, mostly special cases and reviewed practice time, will be included in required apprentice meetings that will be arranged with the participants at no additional cost.
