During the Core Mat II weekend, you will learn 12 intermediate level exercises, including where to add them within the sequence of the beginner level mat class, and continue to work on your teaching skills. Our students say that "everything starts to click" during the Core Mat II weekend. Completing the Core Mat II weekend expands the range of clients you can work with and strengthens your teaching ability. Core Mat I & II are required to progress to the Comprehensive program.

Eugenia Papadopoulou is a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates Education. She completed her education in the Pilates Method in 1992-1993 in the Pilates Studio, New York, as a Pilates Guild Trained Instructor in Authentic Pilates. Her teacher was Romana Kryzanowska, the dedicated student of Joseph Pilates, whose work is carried on to this day. She has taken classical and modern ballet classes at both Gregoriadou and Kontaxaki dance schools, as well as Indian dance classes with Lida Santala.
From 1987 until 1994, she continued her dance education in Berlin taking classes with Riki von Falken (Limon Method), Elise Ralston (Danza Expresiva), as well as Tai Chi classes with Claudia Feest and Yoga classes with Anna Trokes. At the same time, she completed the Certification Program Term 1 of the School of Body-Mind Centering with Bonnie Banebridge Cohen in Amherst, MA, U.S.A. She has also attended seminars in the Feldenkrais method, Shiatsu in the Ohashi Shiatsu Center Berlin, Laban Movement Analysis with Katya Bloom and dance therapy with Anna Maracas.
Cancellations: If you withdraw from any program(s) you will automatically lose $100.00 processing fee. No refunds are issued for any reason. Students who choose to transfer programs or not to complete the training are still responsible for full payment of the course.
