The Power Pilates Graduate Program is unparalleled in the Pilates industry.
Designed for experienced teachers who have completed our rigorous Comprehensive program and have been teaching a minimum of 1 year, the Graduate Program allows for extended additional study and growth as a teacher. After completing the application and filing a letter of intent, candidates have three years in which to audit the Comprehensive program, pass all weekend evaluations during auditing, complete and submit an original research product to the board of review, and pass the Graduate Program Anatomy Examination.
Candidates who are accepted into the Graduate Program and who successfully complete all requirements will be deemed a Power Pilates Senior Teacher.
Completion of Comprehensive or System 3 trainings with Power Pilates a minimum of 1 year prior to application to the Graduate program
Certificate in good standing and not expired
Complete the Graduate Program Application, including letter of intent. Your letter of intent should include a brief summary your pilates experience, why you want to become a Senior Teacher, and what you plan do after completing the Graduate Program.
Audit the Comprehensive Program as a Senior Teacher Candidate.
Pass all evaluations during the auditing process.
Submit an original 1000 word research project. Project may be a case study utilizing Classical Pilates; Kinesiology and Classical Pilates; general Classical Philosophy; about some aspect of the apparati, or exercise based (e.g., variations on certain apparatus).
Pass the Graduate Program Anatomy Examination with 75% or higher accuracy.
Pass the Graduate Practical Exam. Must be taken 3+ years after graduating from Comprehensive/Systems 3 training.
