During this workshop you will discover ways to heighten both you and your student's Present Time Consciousness therefore enabling you to demand the details of the method. We will also review exercise details (placement, core connections and breath), modifications, breakdowns as well as challenging variations.

Our goal will be to explore the many and varied ways to recharge your Pilates mat class and keep your clients coming back for more. We will take an indepth look at how to utilize the Power Pilates Tool Kit, which includes the Power Pilates Teaching Components and Pilates Principles that will enhance your effectiveness as a teacher and inspire your class to move. We will also take a look at how to "Power Up" the hour with the use of small props and choreography.

This workshop will take you through the classical technique and proper teaching tools for an Advanced Level Mat class. Refine your knowledge of the exercises, develop new and more efficient cues, and learn how to take your client to the next level with efficient flow and transitions from one exercise to the next. Kick it up a notch and give your advanced client a more well rounded and challenging workout on the mat.

Joseph Pilates created this unique piece of equipment as his own version of the "Home Reformer." This underused piece of equipment tends to be misunderstood and therefore left out of sessions. There are so many Chair exercises that can be incorporated into a client's session. Learn how to go deeper into these exercises by understanding their underlying principles and utilizing this vocabulary sequentially with flow. This workshop will enable you to challenge your clients and take them to the next level with a different and exciting workout.

The Reformer is the backbone of the Pilates method; it is the most widely utilized apparatus. The advanced workout is both challenging and inspiring and offers many variations of the traditional exercises that are often "left in the closet." During this workshop we will review the super advanced exercises, including many archival exercises not often seen or used.
