Our goal will be to explore the many and varied ways to recharge your Pilates mat class and keep your clients coming back for more. We will take an indepth look at how to utilize the Power Pilates Tool Kit, which includes the Power Pilates Teaching Components and Pilates Principles that will enhance your effectiveness as a teacher and inspire your class to move. We will also take a look at how to "Power Up" the hour with the use of small props and choreography.

The Spine Corrector, dusty and long forgotten in the corner of your studio, has many great uses. Learn how to incorporate it into your Mat work. You can even give a full class on it! Learn how to use it for "Individual Needs." In addition to the Spine Corrector, we'll take a look at its cousins, the Small Barrel and the Ladder Barrel. Come prepared to work out and have fun!

During this course you will learn how to keep your multi-level class moving safely as well as challenged at all levels. We will go through exercises from beginner thru the intermediate/advanced level and chart how to layer the exercises to create an effective yet challenging movement experience for all levels at once. Come prepared to move and leave with valuable, usable information for both Tower classes and semi-private situations.
