This workshop is open to Power Pilates Teacher Trainees and is designed to offer the protocol needed to become a leader as a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer. The Technique of Exercises will be reviewed, the format for how to teach all programs will be defined and discussed, as well as problem solving techniques for how to truly become a leader. Please be open to learn and ready to be challenged while meeting some new friends.

The 3-day Intensive will be taught by Teacher Trainer's Julie Toren and Karen Pecarsky. Program hours are:
