Saturday: 8am-2pm
Sunday: 9am-5pm
Metro North train station is a short walk away. Free, ample, open parking Friday evenings can be busy, leave extra time to find a parking spot. Saturdays & Sundays are more quiet. If coming by car on a weekday, add extra time for I95 northbound traffic.
Great healthy food and smoothies @ The Stand, steps away from the studio. Fairfield Motor Inn, The Delamar Beautiful Long Island Sound is a 5 minute drive!
